SayMood 데이터 삭제 요청
자동으로 지워지는 것
이모티콘을 만들려고 올린 사진과, 그 사진으로 만든 캐릭터·그림·영상은 1일 뒤 자동으로 지워집니다. 따로 요청하지 않아도 됩니다.
요청해서 지우는 것
주문 기록(고른 말, 그림체, 진행 기록), 익명 사용자 번호·기기 표시, 오류 보고를 지우고 싶다면:
- SayMood 앱의 설정 → 정보 → "내 데이터 삭제 요청"을 누르세요. 메일이 자동으로 작성됩니다(익명 번호 포함).
- 앱을 이미 지웠다면 khkee0502@gmail.com으로 "SayMood 데이터 삭제 요청"과 주문한 날짜를 보내 주세요.
요청을 받으면 7일 안에 해당 기록을 지우고 메일로 알려 드립니다. 다만 법으로 보관해야 하는 결제 기록(Google Play가 처리)은 그 기간 동안 남을 수 있습니다.
폰 안에만 있는 것
만든 이모티콘 세트, 직접 쓴 말, 단어 추천 기록은 폰 안에만 있습니다. 앱의 편집 화면에서 지우거나 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
SayMood data deletion
Deleted automatically
Photos you upload, and the character, pictures and videos made from them, are deleted automatically after one day. No request needed.
Deleted on request
To delete your order records (chosen phrases, styles, progress), anonymous user ID and device ID, and crash reports:
- In the SayMood app, go to Settings → About → "Request data deletion". An email is prepared for you, including your anonymous ID.
- If you already uninstalled the app, email khkee0502@gmail.com with "SayMood data deletion request" and the date of your order.
We delete the records within 7 days and confirm by email. Payment records kept by law (handled by Google Play) may remain for the required period.
Kept only on your phone
Your sticker sets, your own phrases and word suggestions stay on your phone. Delete them in the app's Edit screen or by uninstalling the app.
