SayMood(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 사진으로 움직이는 이모티콘을 만들고, 채팅 중에 어울리는 이모티콘을 추천하는 키보드 앱입니다. 앱은 꼭 필요한 정보만, 필요한 동안만 처리합니다.
1. 한눈에 보기
- 키보드로 입력한 글은 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 이모티콘 추천과 단어 추천은 모두 폰 안에서 이루어집니다.
- 사진은 이모티콘을 만드는 데만 쓰고, 하루 뒤 자동으로 지웁니다. 그 사진으로 만든 그림과 영상도 하루 뒤 지웁니다.
- 마이크는 키보드의 🎤 버튼을 누른 동안에만 음성 입력에 씁니다.
- 광고를 넣지 않고, 개인정보를 팔지 않습니다.

고른 말 16개(와 동작 설명)는 이모티콘을 만들기 전에 AI(OpenAI)로 성적·혐오·위협 표현이 있는지 자동 검사합니다. 직접 넣은 말과 그 뜻은 "이렇게 그릴게요" 설명을 만들 때도 AI(OpenAI)로 보내며, 서버에는 하루 사용 횟수만 남습니다.
이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 위치, 연락처, 키보드에 쓴 글은 서버에 보내지 않습니다.
3. 폰 안에만 저장되는 정보
- 만든 이모티콘 세트, 직접 쓴 말, 자주 쓰는 단어(단어 추천을 켰을 때), 키보드를 열어 본 채팅 앱 종류(GIF를 미리 만들기 위해)
- 비밀번호 칸이나 "학습하지 않기" 칸에서는 단어를 기억하지 않습니다.
- 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
- 백업(선택): 사용자가 [백업하기]를 누르거나 "자동 백업"을 켜면, 만든 이모티콘 세트를 사용자 본인의 구글 드라이브(자동 백업은 앱 전용 숨은 폴더) 또는 사용자가 고른 곳에 저장합니다. 이 파일은 저희 서버를 거치지 않고, 저희는 볼 수 없습니다. 자동 백업은 구글 드라이브의 이 앱 전용 폴더에만 접근하며(drive.appdata 권한), 사용자의 다른 드라이브 파일은 보거나 바꾸지 않습니다. 자동 백업은 앱에서 언제든 끌 수 있고, 저장된 백업은 구글 드라이브 설정 → 앱 관리에서 지울 수 있습니다.
4. 마이크와 음성 입력
키보드의 🎤 버튼을 누르면 폰에 있는 음성 인식 기능(예: Google 음성 인식)으로 말을 글자로 바꿉니다. 앱은 소리를 저장하거나 우리 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 음성 인식 처리는 해당 기능을 제공하는 회사(예: Google)의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. 처음 누를 때 마이크 허락을 묻고, 허락하지 않아도 다른 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
5. 번역
키보드의 번역 기능은 폰 안의 번역 모델(Google ML Kit)로 동작하며, 번역할 글을 우리 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 처음 쓸 때 언어 모델을 내려받습니다.
6. 정보를 처리하는 다른 회사(처리 위탁)

이 회사들은 서비스 제공을 위해서만 정보를 처리하며, 서버는 미국 등 국외에 있을 수 있습니다(국외 이전). 각 회사는 자체 보안 기준과 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 정보를 보호합니다. OpenAI는 API로 받은 정보를 기본적으로 AI 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
7. 결제
유료 상품의 결제는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 앱은 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않으며, 구매가 맞는지 확인하는 정보(구매 확인 번호)만 받습니다.
8. 아동
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 사진이 담긴 이모티콘은 보호자가 직접 만들어 주세요.
9. 사용자의 권리
- 사진·그림·영상은 1일 뒤 자동으로 지워집니다. 그 전에 지우고 싶거나, 주문 기록·오류 보고의 확인·삭제를 원하면 앱의 설정 → 정보 → "내 데이터 삭제 요청" 또는 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요. 7일 안에 처리합니다(삭제 요청 안내).
- 폰 안의 정보는 앱의 편집 화면에서 지우거나 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
- 마이크·알림 허락은 폰 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
10. 안전하게 지키는 방법
- 주고받는 정보는 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로 보냅니다.
- 사진과 주문 정보는 본인만 볼 수 있게 접근을 막아 둡니다.
- AI 서비스 접근 열쇠는 서버에만 두고 앱에 넣지 않습니다.

SayMood Privacy Policy

SayMood ("the app") turns your photos into animated stickers and suggests matching stickers while you chat. We process only what we need, only for as long as we need it.
1. At a glance
- What you type with the keyboard is never sent to our servers. Sticker and word suggestions run on your phone.
- Photos are used only to make your stickers and are deleted automatically after one day, together with the pictures and videos made from them.
- The microphone is used only while you tap the 🎤 button for voice typing.
- No ads. We never sell personal data.

Before making stickers, your 16 phrases (and gesture notes) are automatically checked by AI (OpenAI) for sexual, hateful or threatening content. Words you add yourself and their meaning are also sent to AI (OpenAI) to make the "here's how it will look" preview; the server keeps only a daily usage count.
We do not send your name, phone number, email, location, contacts or anything you type to our servers.
3. Data kept only on your phone
- Your sticker sets, your own phrases, frequently used words (if word suggestions are on), and which chat apps you opened the keyboard in (to prepare GIFs in advance).
- Words are never learned in password fields or fields marked "do not learn".
- All of this is removed when you uninstall the app.
- Backup (optional): When you tap [Back up] or turn on "Auto backup", your sticker sets are saved to your own Google Drive (auto backup uses a hidden app-only folder) or to a place you choose. These files do not pass through our servers and we cannot see them. Auto backup can only access this app's own folder in Google Drive (drive.appdata permission) and never reads or changes your other Drive files. You can turn auto backup off in the app at any time, and delete stored backups in Google Drive settings → Manage apps.
4. Microphone and voice typing
When you tap 🎤, the phone's speech recognition service (e.g. Google) converts your speech to text. The app does not record or send audio to our servers. Speech recognition is handled under the provider's privacy policy. You are asked for microphone permission the first time; everything else works without it.
5. Translation
Keyboard translation runs on your phone with Google ML Kit and does not send your text to our servers. Language models are downloaded on first use.

These providers process data only to deliver the service and may store it on servers outside your country (such as the United States). Each protects data under its own security standards and privacy policy. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models by default.
7. Payments
Payments are handled by Google Play. We never receive card details — only a purchase token to confirm the purchase.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 14. Stickers of children under 14 should be made by a parent or guardian.
9. Your rights
- Photos, pictures and videos are deleted automatically after one day. To delete them sooner, or to access or delete your order records or crash reports, use Settings → About → "Request data deletion" in the app or contact us below. We act within 7 days (deletion guide).
- On-phone data can be removed in the app's Edit screen or by uninstalling the app.
- You can turn off microphone and notification permissions in your phone settings at any time.
10. Security
- Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Photos and order data are access-restricted to your own account.
- AI service keys are kept on our server, never in the app.
