SayMood 이용약관

이 약관은 SayMood(이하 "앱")를 쓰는 분(이하 "사용자")과 앱 운영자(이하 "운영자") 사이의 약속입니다. 앱을 설치하거나 쓰면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 앱이 하는 일
- 사용자가 고른 사진으로 AI가 사람이나 반려동물을 닮은 캐릭터와 움직이는 이모티콘을 만듭니다.
- 키보드로 글을 쓰면 어울리는 이모티콘을 추천하고 채팅 앱으로 보낼 수 있게 합니다.
2. 이용 나이
만 14세 이상만 사진으로 이모티콘을 만들 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만은 보호자가 대신 만들어 주어야 합니다.
3. 사진 올리기 약속
- 본인 사진, 본인 반려동물 사진, 또는 쓸 권리가 있는 사진만 올려 주세요.
- 다른 사람의 얼굴 사진은 그 사람의 동의를 받은 경우에만 올릴 수 있습니다. 아이의 사진은 보호자만 올릴 수 있습니다.
- 유명인·다른 사람을 흉내 내거나 속이는 데 쓰면 안 됩니다.
4. 하면 안 되는 일
- 성적인 것, 폭력적인 것, 혐오·차별, 다른 사람을 괴롭히거나 깎아내리는 이모티콘을 만들거나 보내는 일
- 법을 어기거나 다른 사람의 권리(초상권·저작권 등)를 침해하는 일
- 무료 체험을 여러 번 받으려는 등 서비스를 부정하게 쓰는 일, 앱이나 서버를 뜯어 보거나 방해하는 일
운영자는 이런 일을 막기 위해 주문한 말을 자동으로 검사하며, 어긋나는 주문은 만들지 않을 수 있습니다.
이용 제한: 규칙에 어긋나는 주문이 반복되면(예: 7일 안에 3번) 이모티콘 만들기가 7일 동안 자동으로 막히고, 다시 반복되거나 위반이 심하면 영구히 막힐 수 있습니다. 이렇게 이용이 제한된 경우, 위반 때문에 만들지 못한 주문이나 남은 이용 기회의 금액은 법이 허용하는 범위에서 환불하지 않을 수 있습니다. 잘못 제한되었다고 생각되면 설정 → 의견 보내기로 알려 주세요. 확인해서 풀어 드립니다.
5. AI 결과물
- 이모티콘은 AI가 만들기 때문에 16개 중 일부는 표정·손·몸이 어색하거나 사진과 덜 닮을 수 있습니다.
- 이상하거나 불쾌한 결과는 앱의 세트 편집에서 이모티콘 옆 🚩 신고로 알려 주세요. 검토해서 고치는 데 씁니다.
- 만든 이모티콘은 사용자가 개인적인 채팅·SNS에 자유롭게 쓸 수 있습니다. 판매 등 상업적으로 쓰는 것은 보장하지 않습니다.
6. 유료 서비스와 환불
- 유료 이모티콘 세트는 Google Play 결제로 삽니다. 가격은 앱과 Google Play에 표시됩니다.
- 이모티콘은 주문하면 바로 사용자만을 위해 만들어지는 디지털 콘텐츠라, 만들기가 시작된 뒤에는 단순 변심으로 인한 청약철회(환불)가 제한됩니다. 이 내용은 결제 전에 다시 안내합니다.
- 서버 문제 등으로 세트가 만들어지지 않으면 결제는 되돌려지거나 다시 만들어 드립니다.
- 그 밖의 환불은 Google Play 환불 정책을 따르며, 문의하시면 성실히 도와드립니다.
7. 보관과 백업
- 만든 이모티콘 세트는 사용자의 폰에만 저장됩니다. 서버에 올라간 사진과 결과 파일은 만든 뒤 1일 안에 지워집니다.
- 앱을 지우거나 폰을 잃어버리면 세트도 사라집니다. 앱의 백업(직접 백업·구글 드라이브 자동 백업)을 써 주세요. 백업 파일 관리는 사용자 책임입니다.
8. 서비스 바뀜과 멈춤
운영자는 더 나은 서비스를 위해 기능을 바꿀 수 있고, 점검이나 AI 회사 사정으로 잠시 멈출 수 있습니다. 유료 서비스를 완전히 그만둘 때는 미리 알립니다.
9. 책임
운영자는 일부러 또는 큰 잘못으로 생긴 손해를 빼고는, AI 결과물의 모양이나 채팅 앱의 동작처럼 운영자가 정할 수 없는 일에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 사용자가 이 약관을 어겨 생긴 문제는 사용자가 책임집니다.
10. 약관 바뀜과 문의

SayMood Terms of Use
Effective: November 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of SayMood (the "app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
1. What the app does
- AI turns photos you choose into a character and animated stickers that look like you or your pet.
- The keyboard suggests fitting stickers as you type and lets you send them to chat apps.
2. Age
You must be at least 13 (14 in Korea) to make stickers from photos. Younger users need a parent or guardian to make them.
3. Your photos
- Only upload photos of yourself, your own pet, or photos you have the right to use.
- Only upload another person's face with their consent. Only a parent or guardian may upload a child's photo.
- Do not use the app to impersonate or deceive, including about public figures.
4. Not allowed
- Making or sending sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or demeaning stickers
- Breaking the law or infringing others' rights (likeness, copyright, etc.)
- Abusing the service (e.g. claiming the free trial repeatedly), reverse engineering or disrupting the app or servers
Ordered phrases are checked automatically, and orders that break these rules may not be made.
Restrictions: If rule-breaking orders repeat (e.g. 3 times within 7 days), sticker making is automatically blocked for 7 days, and it may be blocked permanently if it happens again or the violation is serious. In that case, orders not made because of the violation or remaining uses may not be refunded, where the law allows. If you think you were blocked by mistake, tell us via Settings → Send feedback and we'll review it.
5. AI results
- Stickers are made by AI, so some of the 16 may have odd faces, hands or bodies, or look less like the photo.
- Please report odd or offensive results with 🚩 Report next to the sticker in the set editor. We use reports to improve.
- You may freely use your stickers in personal chats and social media. Commercial use (e.g. selling them) is not guaranteed.
6. Purchases and refunds
- Paid sticker sets are bought through Google Play billing. Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play.
- Stickers are digital content made just for you as soon as you order, so refunds for a change of mind are limited once making has started, where the law allows. We tell you this again before payment.
- If a set can't be made because of a server problem, we refund or remake it.
- Other refunds follow Google Play's refund policy, and we're happy to help if you contact us.
7. Storage and backup
- Your sticker sets are stored only on your phone. Photos and result files on our server are deleted within 1 day.
- Deleting the app or losing your phone removes your sets. Please use the app's backup (manual or Google Drive auto backup). You are responsible for your backup files.
8. Changes and interruptions
We may change features to improve the service and may pause it for maintenance or because of AI providers. We'll give notice before permanently ending paid services.
9. Liability
Except for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, we are not responsible for things we can't control, such as the exact look of AI results or how chat apps behave. You are responsible for problems caused by breaking these terms.
10. Changes to these terms and contact
